Job Summary:
Zachary Daniels is working with a leading healthcare retailer to recruit an Area Manager for a high-performing business. We seek an experienced Area Manager from a strong multi-site management background to manage multiple locations and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-performing teams to achieve service, standards, and operational excellence
- Manage diverse locations, with a minimum of 10 sites, and oversee profit and loss, budgets, sales forecasting, and key performance indicators
- Liaise and network with head office, establishing relationships with key stakeholders
- Recruit and develop teams at all levels, ensuring high standards and internal and external audit compliance
- Support company events, local marketing, and share successes
Requirements:
- Proven multi-site management experience, with a strong background in retail or healthcare
- Experience working with clinicians in a retail environment, with an advantage in retail/healthcare settings like Optical, Audiology, Veterinary, Pharmacy, or Dental
- Ability to manage multiple locations, with a focus on business growth and results
What We Offer:
A competitive basic salary of circa £60-65k, car allowance or company car, and a range of company benefits, annual bonuses, and incentives for the successful applicant.
