Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronics Taskwork Leadership: Oversee and manage the electronics taskwork within the R&D team, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, including IoT projects, and enhance existing products with new features.
  • Design Expertise: Utilize expertise across the full electronic design lifecycle, from design to manufacture, to drive product innovation and improvement.
  • Circuit Design: Apply skills in both Analogue and Digital circuit design to create efficient and effective electronic systems.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery and meeting business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the product development process.

Requirements:

  • Electronics Design Experience: Proven experience in electronics design, with a strong understanding of electronic design principles and practices.
  • Leadership and Management: Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in electronics design, including circuit design, PCB design, and electronic system design.
