We're united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. Our Sales Colleagues don't need an in-depth knowledge of tech before they join the team as all our new colleagues attend a two to three day induction either virtually or at our fantastic academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, they'll gain valuable skills and knowledge to help them sell, serve and support our customers and make amazing happen. From supplier training and demos ahead of launches to testing the latest products, we'll give them the confidence they need to ensure their recommendations are top notch.

Key Responsibilities

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours which typically includes Saturdays and Sundays. They'll:

  • Offer support services like delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay.
  • Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store.
  • Support with the running of the store by completing operational tasks.
