We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Electric Vehicle Residual Value team as the Head of Predictive Modelling and Analytics. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving our business forward and ensuring we remain at the forefront of the electric vehicle market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Predictive Models: Design, develop, and implement advanced predictive models to estimate the residual value of electric vehicles, taking into account various factors such as technological advancements, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Lead Data Science Team: Oversee the Data Science team to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to develop and maintain the predictive models.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, pricing, and fleet operations teams to ensure the predictive models are aligned with business objectives and market strategies.
- Communicate Complex Concepts: Effectively communicate complex predictive model concepts to senior stakeholders, including C-suite and board members.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in EV technology, and changes in market dynamics to continuously enhance the predictive models.
- Advanced Probabilistic Modelling Experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing advanced probabilistic models, particularly in the context of electric vehicle residual value estimation.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in a data science or analytics team, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the electric vehicle market, including trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
