Key Responsibilities

The technical support team serves as the primary liaison among software developers, customer success teams, product management, researchers, and clients.

Engage directly with clients to assist in deploying our solutions in various settings (cloud, on-premise, CI/CD pipelines).

Utilize modern enterprise video communication tools to connect with clients, ensuring optimal use of our software.

Work alongside software developers to comprehend product features and relay insights on real-world customer usage.

Investigate reported issues by attempting to replicate, diagnose, and, when applicable, resolve challenges encountered by users.

Collaborate with technical product managers to prioritize software development tasks, advocating for the customer's viewpoint.

Essential Skills

Required:

  • A strong passion for troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in a DevOps/DevSecOps environment.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency across various operating systems, including Windows and Linux/Unix.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, or virtualization tools like VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols, with exposure to routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the cybersecurity field is advantageous but not mandatory; we seek individuals with a genuine interest in this area and a desire to learn.
  • Familiarity with a programming language.
  • A background in computer science is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience in project deployments or technical pre-sales is also a plus.
