Job Title: Specialist Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team as a Specialist Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support service users to lead a full and active life, considering their assessed needs and individual support and care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and maintain a person-centred approach.
  • Support service users to participate in chosen social activities and services in their community.
  • Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Caring and compassionate, with a genuine passion for wanting to help our service users lead a full and active life.
  • Ability to remain positive when there are challenging days.
