About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Delivery Driver to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer shopping trips in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure that all delivery vehicles are clean and well-maintained
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy loads
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
