Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise sales penetration and drive repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive innovation.

What We're Looking For:

  • A results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in new business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • A proactive and autonomous approach, with a positive 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to take ownership of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a minimum of one year's telesales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software.
  • A full driving licence and the ability to travel as required.
