About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Footasylum. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our store staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing stock, controlling budgets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of store staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Knowledge of the fashion retail industry, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
