About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract/Project Manager to join our team at Avance Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend pre-start meetings and conduct site surveys
  • Collaborate with structural engineers to direct design and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Engage and brief draughtsmen to ensure accurate documentation
  • Manage costed budgets, including materials, plant, and labor
  • Plan fabrication and site installation with operations manager and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement Method Statements and Risk Assessments
  • Direct site labor to achieve snag-free installations within project timelines
  • Prepare monthly applications and invoice valuations
  • Finalize account agreements with the Directors

Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple contracts to customer deadlines
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as necessary
  • Good basic IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with web-based Document Control portals, such as Aconex/ProCore/BC
  • Knowledge of BS EN 1090 requirements for Exec 2 & 3
