Position Overview:

As a key member of our team at InfyStrat Software Services, you will take charge of the design, implementation, and maintenance of innovative business functionalities. Collaborating closely with fellow engineers, product managers, and various stakeholders, you will contribute to our vision of delivering a top-tier, consumer-focused Digital Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development process with a focus on Java programming, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in the testing and deployment phases, providing support for new features and enhancements.
  • Engage with a global team to align on strategic objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Proficient in Java programming with a solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.
  • Experience with Java frameworks, including DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Familiarity with distributed databases like DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly utilizing Git.
  • Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems is advantageous.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, continuous integration, deployment, and configuration management tools.
  • Background in Financial Services or Fintech is preferred.
