About the Role

Medstrom Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Cleaner to join our Logistics team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Product Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and cleanliness of our products, which are delivered to customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, test, and repair products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Adhere to established quality processes and procedures to maintain our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Meet daily product preparation targets to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our internal technicians who install products at customer sites.
  • Complete and record electrical safety testing on products during tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Update relevant IT systems to ensure accurate records and reporting.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety rules is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Basic PC skills, including email and MS Office.
  • A full driving license would be an advantage to support the wider team, but is not essential as this role is site-based.
  • Electrical safety testing qualification or certificate would be equally desirable, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
