About the Role

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Gwent Regional Partnership Board Support Team as a Partnership Performance Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a robust performance and information function, harnessing your analytical and technical expertise to drive key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, collate, analyse, and interpret complex data from various sources, creating and maintaining performance dashboards and employing statistical packages to support reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and the team, presenting information and findings in meetings and reports, where required.
  • Develop and manage analytical information systems and reporting processes to meet stakeholder's needs, ensuring compliance with data protection and information security standards.
  • Provide training in analytics and support the development of self-service skills among multi-disciplinary staff.

Requirements
  • Education to degree level plus postgraduate diploma in a quantitative science, including data analysis/presentation and management of large datasets, or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience and further training and development.
  • Significant experience within an information and data environment, including business analysis of data and project implementation, operational research experience, and experience in partnership working across different organisations.
  • Advanced analytical skills, technical skills in statistical packages/databases/performance dashboards, and excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
