Senior Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Nurse to lead our Gynaecology and Bladder and Bowel services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to our gynaecology and bladder and bowel teams across our acute and community sites.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide professional, clinical, and visible leadership to registered and non-registered staff to deliver high-quality care within the speciality of gynaecology and bladder and bowel services.
- Ensure that the Health Board's aims and priorities are clearly communicated to relevant staff, initiating dialogue to ensure contributions can be made to operational plans.
- Effectively support, manage, and develop the patient experience agenda, concerns management, and governance and risk within the service, to ensure continuous improvement and professional excellence.
- Leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience at Senior Nursing level.
- Ability to manage budget and resources effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
