We're seeking a seasoned Senior Event Manager to join our dynamic events team at Bray Leino Events. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for bringing together all the elements of large-scale events, from creation to delivery.

  • Take ownership of key project elements, including operational, creative, and strategic input on project timelines, technical run sheets, risk assessments, resource planning, business development, and more.
  • Collaborate with production teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Experience in event management, with a strong track record of delivering successful events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
