Position: GIS Data Analyst

Location: Shropshire, United Kingdom

Salary: Up to £23,000 - £30,000 per annum

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to contribute to our mission by transforming data into actionable insights that drive meaningful change across the UK.

As a Data Analyst, you will work with large data sets, applying statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends and patterns. Your expertise in geographic analysis, including working with various data and methodologies, will be essential in delivering impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain large data sets, ensuring accuracy and quality
  2. Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends and patterns
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and geographic information systems

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Geography or related field
  2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information to clients and stakeholders
  3. Experience in technical reporting and data visualization
