Your Responsibilities:
  • Craft and implement a dynamic digital merchandising strategy, utilizing tools like Heap/GA, consumer insights, market analysis, and your own expertise to guide our approach.
  • Develop innovative product storytelling solutions through digital merchandising techniques. Identify and capitalize on key fashion trends and product moments, collaborating closely with marketing and merchant teams.
  • Optimize website navigation, internal search functionality, product recommendations, and SEO through a continuous testing and learning process.
  • Design impactful promotional strategies that deliver measurable results. Collaborate with the Digital Operations Team to ensure seamless execution and monitor performance on the live site.
  • Work hand-in-hand with merchants and marketing teams to bring the Claire's global merchandising and product strategy to life online. Create clear, concise briefs for landing pages, category pages, and the homepage.
  • Become a subject matter expert in your assigned product categories, ensuring all products are accurately enriched, categorized, and presented.
  • Contribute to improving the customer experience by suggesting thoughtful UX enhancements and improvements.
  • Drive the delivery of enriched product content that enhances conversion rates and effectively portrays the Claire's brand and assortment.
  • Adapt website content for different languages, bestsellers, trends, holidays, keywords, local preferences, internal search, SEO, etc., as needed.
  • Collaborate with other global Digital Merchandising Managers to ensure consistency across the site and share best practices for delivering an exceptional online customer experience.
What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for e-commerce and digital merchandising. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in an e-commerce environment, specifically in digital merchandising, product content creation, user experience, taxonomy, and/or internal search.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • A strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), User Experience (UX), and A/B Testing.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage priorities.
  • A proactive work style with a problem-solving mindset.
  • A commercial approach with a commitment to best practices and excellence.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively within a large, diverse organization.
  • HTML knowledge is a plus.
