Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of maintenance and repair projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall property value.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders on property-related matters.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including budget tracking and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
