Job Title: HGV Driver

Forge Logistics Ltd is seeking a skilled HGV Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the UK.

Job Summary:
  • Mainly night shifts with flexibility to work varying start times
  • Pure driving with no handling of the load
  • 4 on, 4 off rota with extra days possible subject to availability
  • Thorough vehicle checks and adherence to driving and working time regulations
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay rates: £150 per shift (Mon-Fri), £165 per shift (Sat-Sun and Bank Holidays)
  • Full fleet of Iveco CNG trucks
  • Guaranteed pay for cancelled shifts
  • Monthly pay
  • 3 month probation period
  • Holiday pay and SSP
  • On-going training
Requirements:
  • Essential: at least 1 year of CE licence experience
  • Essential: consistent Class 1 work since passing/most recently (min. 6 months)
  • Essential: experience of commercial night driving
  • Professionalism: a sense of ownership & responsibility
  • Adapt & overcome mentality
