Position Overview

Perrys is in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable Estate Planning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively managing personal workload
  • Gathering initial information from clients
  • Drafting and providing guidance on Wills of varying complexities, creating powers of attorney, and preparing other estate planning documents while ensuring legal accuracy and professionalism
  • Delivering high-quality, timely, and professional advice
  • Communicating with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals
  • Meeting clients in their preferred settings as necessary
  • Referring complex inquiries involving trusts and inheritance tax advice to senior partners
  • Maintaining organized and precise client files and documentation within the company’s system
  • Exhibiting compassion and sensitivity when interacting with elderly or incapacitated clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a legal practice with a focus on drafting wills and advising clients on estate planning
  • Proactive professional demeanor, strong client care abilities, and a compassionate understanding of client needs
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Possession of personal transportation
  • STEP qualification or equivalent in Will writing/estate planning is preferred
