We are now looking for several 360 Recruitment Specialists with expertise in Renewable Energy to join our vibrant team. Opportunities are available for Recruitment Specialists, Senior Recruitment Specialists, and potential advancement to Recruitment Team Leader.

Your Role
As a 360 Recruitment Specialist in the Renewable Energy sector, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, from engaging with clients to placing candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients in the energy sector, understanding their staffing needs and offering expert recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to identify high-quality candidates within the energy industry, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience as a 360 recruitment consultant with a proven track record in successfully placing candidates across various roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the energy sector, including market trends, key players, and job roles in renewable energy, oil and gas, and utilities.

Skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and the capacity to craft attractive job offers to draw in top talent.
