We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer in ESOL to join our team at Coleg Cambria. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).

• Teach a range of ESOL courses to students of varying levels and abilities.
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
• Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

• Qualified or willing to work towards CELTA at grade B or over (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Speakers of Other Languages) or other recognised ESOL teaching qualification.
• Experience of teaching ESOL within the UK is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally in Google applications and using the internet and intranet.

• Knowledge of the national ESOL agenda and a commitment to achieving targets in line with that agenda.
• Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
