Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with adults facing mental health challenges.
  • Ability to connect and empathize with individuals experiencing mental health issues.
  • Personal experience with mental health services is advantageous, providing insight into supporting individuals in crisis.
  • Capability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate records and support documentation.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to pursue this qualification is preferred.
