Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating support to empower clients with mental health challenges to reach their full potential and enhance their independence.
- Encouraging progress towards self-sufficiency in managing mental well-being.
- Providing individualized support as necessary.
- Ensuring safety through conducting risk assessments and evaluating client needs.
- Regularly reviewing client requirements, drafting, and updating support plans.

- Leading small group activities designed to promote recovery and well-being.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with adults facing mental health challenges.
- Ability to connect and empathize with individuals experiencing mental health issues.
- Personal experience with mental health services is advantageous, providing insight into supporting individuals in crisis.
- Capability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Experience in maintaining accurate records and support documentation.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to pursue this qualification is preferred.
