We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Nando's

About the Role

  • As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience.

  • You'll be the face of Nando's, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring our high standards are met in every aspect of the guest experience.

  • From greeting guests to serving food and drinks, you'll be the key to making our guests feel valued and part of the Nando's family.

What You'll Do

  • You'll make our guests feel at home by creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

  • You'll serve customers efficiently, understanding and meeting their needs.

  • You'll serve amazing food to Nando's high standards, making our guests feel fired up and wowed by the experience.

  • You'll follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.
