Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the learning and skills needs of learners to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance learners' plastering skills and employability.
• Provide guidance and support to learners to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Vocational qualification in Plastering or a related field.
• Experience in teaching or training, preferably in a vocational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
