Job Title: EUC Digital Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced EUC Digital Employee Experience Manager to join our team at William Alexander Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) services within the company, as well as End User platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve DEX services and End User platforms
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives
  • Implement and maintain Digital Experience and End User management tools
  • Ensure Citrix, XenDesktop, and Citrix Cloud are properly configured and maintained
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI reports to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an End User Engineer
  • Background in managing or leading teams
  • Experience with Digital Experience and End User management tools
  • Citrix, XenDesktop, and Citrix Cloud expertise
  • PowerBI skills
What We Offer:

This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 plus bonus and benefits. The successful candidate will be based in Central London, working 3 days a week in the office.
