Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct internal audits and quality inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and improving quality metrics
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
