  • Experience: Demonstrate significant experience in a fast-paced warehouse and transport logistics position.
  • Operational Management: Demonstrate significant operational management experience in a customer-facing role.
  • ISO Knowledge: Have good knowledge awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001.
  • Customer Focus: Be customer-focused, with a strong and capable management style and be analytically driven.
  • Self-Driven: Be self-driven and disciplined, with the ability to work under sustained pressure to deliver high standards.
