Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility in East Kilbride, Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform planned maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and execute line change-overs to maintain production efficiency.
- Contribute to the delivery of the Engineering department's vision and strategic plan, aligning with company goals.
- Monitor and improve production Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet site Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within the engineering environment.
- Adhere to and support factory-wide systems for compliance with company policies and statutory regulations for health, safety, and environment.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan and support capital engineering projects.
Requirements:
- FMCG industry experience.
- Electrical or Mechanical bias (both positions available).
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off.
