Insurance Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and coverage to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage daily diaries, ensuring all appointments and tasks are organized and prioritized.
  • Policy Changes: Handle mid-term changes to policies accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Client Support: Conduct incoming and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries, policy updates, and claims processing.
  • Document Management: Process renewal documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
  • Office Organization: Manage office filing systems and post-renewal documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Industry Expertise: Utilize experience in the insurance industry to provide knowledgeable support and guidance to clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a hard-working attitude and proactive approach to tasks, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Presentations: Generate presentations and fact finders to support client meetings and policy discussions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
  • Skills: Proficient in diary management, policy changes, calling procedures, document processing, and office organizations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy documentation and client information.
