About the Role

Xtravirt is seeking an experienced Account Director with IT Sector expertise to lead our sales team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving sales conversations and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Lead complex sales conversations with a consultative approach, delivering effective sales presentations and making positive contributions on conference calls.
  • Account Management: Identify account weaknesses and gaps in the market, developing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Solution Selling: Take a solutions-led sales approach, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through data analysis and optimization.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in account management or field sales environment, with experience in selling to enterprise-scale customers.
