As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving community fundraising efforts and developing innovative strategies to engage and mobilize our supporters.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community fundraising strategies to increase revenue and engagement
- Lead the delivery of community fundraising events and activities, including our flagship digital participation events
- Identify and implement strategic improvements, new product opportunities, and innovation for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including supporters, donors, and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fundraising campaigns and initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in community fundraising, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and engagement
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate supporters
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of the charity sector and experience working with occupational charities
