Job Title: Site Setting Out Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Setting Out Engineer to join our team at Natta Building Company. As a key member of our civil engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining site control networks, delivering setting out information, and ensuring high-quality work standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain site control networks to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
  • Deliver setting out information and undertake surveys to support project delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality work standards, reducing snags and promoting repeat business from clients.
  • Manage site staff, providing technical advice and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain Natta safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Basic site management, including client interaction and attending site meetings.
  • Liaise with the project manager on any issues arising during project execution.

Requirements:
  • Civil engineering degree (ideally) or equivalent qualification.
  • Surveying or engineering background and experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Leica total stations, and GNSS equipment.
  • Ideal experience with Trimble GPS modeling for excavators.
  • CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and full UK driving license.
  • Right to work in the UK.
