Job Summary

Clockwork Organisation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Stock Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring accurate records, and facilitating effective communication with suppliers and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Serve as the primary contact for all stock-related inquiries from various internal departments, providing clarification on inventory levels, stock availability, and related issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise records and ensure timely reconciliations between the Sage system and third-party warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication with suppliers and warehouses to ensure smooth inventory management.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilise problem-solving skills to resolve challenges, including stock discrepancies.
  • Data Collection: Assist in collecting data for product recalls or potential quality issues.
  • Stock Adjustments: Execute stock adjustments and manage stock disposal as needed.

Requirements:

  • Background: A background in supply chain or stock management would be an advantage.
  • IT Literacy: IT literate, including the ability to use Microsoft Excel.
  • Software Skills: The use of Sage software would be useful but full training provided.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
