About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team at Ernest Jones in Solihull. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
- Collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and drive business results.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a retail management role, with a strong focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Basic knowledge of legislative responsibilities, including employment law, health and safety, and trading standards.
