We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Premier Inn in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. As the face of our hotel, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
