Sales Support Coordinator

Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join their team in Camberley. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pull together customer briefs and develop quotes.
  • Build strong relationships with customers in a specific sales region, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Follow up on sales estimates and update customers on the status of live orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales principles.
  • Confident and determined approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Resilience and ability to cope with rejection, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • High degree of self-motivation and drive, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
