About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Strategist to join our Content team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role can be based anywhere in the UK and will involve creating engaging, research-backed relationship content for our Paired app.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our in-house editorial team, freelance content writers, product managers, and creative marketing team to develop content that resonates with our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our company mission and values
  • Lead a team of content editors and writers to create high-quality, engaging content that meets our users' needs
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into our app
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform content decisions and improve user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and strategy
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, editing, or writing for a digital health or wellness company
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies that drive user engagement and retention
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
