Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for developing close relationships with clients and vendors, providing exceptional customer service, and negotiating sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Register applicants and match them to suitable properties.
- Book viewings and valuations appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and vendors.
- Record all messages, viewings, and appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Arrange and attend viewings, providing a positive experience for clients.
- Follow up on valuations and leads, both face-to-face and through email or letters.
- Negotiate sales, closing deals and ensuring successful progression of the sale.
- Liaise with solicitors, purchasers, and vendors to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Keep vendors informed about their property, including any interest, marketing, and actions taken.
- Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and sales.
- Maximize board presence and promote brand awareness at all times.
- Maintain office systems and software, ensuring efficient working procedures.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with all clients, providing a first-class level of customer service.
- At least 6 months of experience as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
- Solid IT skills and experience with Estate Agency CRM systems.
- Well-spoken and well-presented, with a target-driven and ambitious approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and punctuality is essential.
- A driving license is required.
