Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team on evening and night shifts. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users, providing physical and emotional support throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care to service users, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Assist with evening activities, such as meal preparation and personal care
  • Monitor and respond to service users' needs, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality service
