Responsibilities- Support the creative needs of the business across a range of digital, social, marketing & print projects for all Kurt Geiger sites, Carvela & Shoeaholics.
- Assist the Design team in the day-to-day running of business needs, managing briefs and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Continually bring new ideas to the design of emails, homepages, blog posts, social media assets, print projects and other marketing briefs.
- Artwork print briefs for store openings, campaigns and collaborations.
- Collaborate with the Dev team on user experience projects.
- Manage the social media aspect of the workload, ensuring the design is engaging and consistent with the content across the rest of the brand assets.
- Adhere to and create brand consistency and best practice in design, maintaining brand guidelines.
- Elevate the brands through personalization, utilizing AI to enhance design.
- Commercial or online retailing design experience, having worked in a fast-paced fashion environment.
- Multi-skilled designer with a good understanding of UX, responsive web design and print projects.
- A fluent use of Photoshop, In-design, and Illustrator are essential.
- Skilled in Adobe After Effects is preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years' experience in a digital design role
- Video editing is a bonus
