Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements and processes to ensure a clear understanding of expectations.
  • Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
  • Assist in the development of test cases and conduct testing to verify that the developed solution meets the specified requirements.
  • Support change management and transformation projects, helping stakeholders adapt to new processes, systems, or organizational changes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing processes and systems.
