Deputy Home Manager Opportunity

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of clinical care is provided to our residents. This involves providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional care
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure their implementation
  • Monitor and report on resident care and well-being
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice
  • Background in person-centred care planning within a care home
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
