Bright Horizons Wolfson Court Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child's individual needs and developmental milestones
  • Build strong and positive relationships with parents/carers, fostering open communication and collaboration
  • Promote a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for all children, ensuring their well-being and protection are paramount
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive team dynamic
What We're Looking For
  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent (essential)
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting (desirable)
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and creating fun and engaging learning experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with both children and adults
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection policies, and relevant legislation
