About the Role

We're seeking a Value Consultant to join our team in London, working closely with our Director of Value Engineering. This is a full-time placement with significant opportunities for personal growth and development.

As a Value Consultant, you'll work alongside our team of world-class engineers, data scientists, and commercial executives to help us become a recognized name in Tech. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Uncovering customer business pain points and identifying opportunities to build creative solutions using the causaLens platform
  • Collaborating with sales and data science teams to ensure alignment on customer value perception and realization
  • Liaising with subject matter experts to understand market pain points and limitations, and uncovering where Causal AI can add value
  • Defining technical deliverables and owning customer success during the pre-sales period
  • Working with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer priorities are met and ROI is delivered
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • ~2+ years pre-sales experience at an enterprise analytics company or consulting experience
  • ~Supported large enterprise software deals
  • ~Experience with ML/AI
  • ~Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders on technical solutions
