Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of children or young people with SEND, overseeing their Education and Care Plan Needs Assessment, Education, Health and Care Plans, and referrals to the SEND Team.
- Lead the drafting and issuance of Education, Health and Care Plans, ensuring the effective review and maintenance of these plans following annual assessments.
- Oversee the EHC assessment process, preparing and presenting detailed information about individual pupils and participating in decision-making regarding the necessary provisions for their special educational needs.
Key Requirements:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data, with the ability to present findings clearly to various stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advise and support senior management, confidently challenging when necessary based on evidence.
- Excellent organizational abilities to develop and manage the provision of relevant business intelligence, ensuring timely access to information for managers.
