About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in mechanical construction to oversee our data centre projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple data centre projects across Europe, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely handover of reports and information.
- Support the recruitment of staff to fulfill project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction, preferably in the data centre sector.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £55,000 to £65,000.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including pension, health cash plan, and 22 days annual leave.
