About The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Buying Manager to join our team at Morrisons. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth through effective category management and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver category plans to drive sales and profit growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive prices and terms
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of category strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform category decisions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

About You

We're looking for a talented and experienced Buying Manager who can bring a strong commercial acumen and a customer-centric approach to this role. You will have a proven track record of delivering category strategies in a complex and competitive market, with a strong ability to build relationships at all levels.
