We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join our Real Estate Portfolio & Programme Management team (REPPM). You will be part of a mission-focused team, working on some of the most cutting-edge and impactful programmes and portfolios in the digital real estate sector.

As a Senior Programme Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of complex digital real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost and quality standards.

You will develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners, and act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for digital real estate matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of complex digital real estate programmes and portfolios.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our portfolio and programme management products and services.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years' experience leading and managing portfolios/programmes, digital real estate portfolio/programme management experience essential.
  • Strong and current understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to digital real estate.
  • Proven ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management process and systems.
  • Awareness/experience of variety of methods of procurement and forms of contract for digital real estate projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written, with the ability to communicate complex digital real estate concepts to diverse audiences.
