About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rural Estate Manager to join our team at Beach Baker. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing diverse let estates across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Land Management: Oversee agricultural tenancies, land management schemes, woodland and deer management to ensure optimal use of our estates.
  • Landscape Projects: Handle landscape projects, access rights, lease negotiations, and property transactions to maintain the integrity of our properties.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on land use, agriculture, asset, and land management.
Requirements
  • Chartered Status: Hold a Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess knowledge of land use, agriculture, asset, and land management.
  • Environmental Expertise: Have experience in environmental issues, conservation, sustainable development, and regenerative farming.
  • Strong Skills: Demonstrate strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
